Today, I found myself thinking about a good friend of mine who passed on about two years ago. He was 96 years of age when he passed. He had been doing well before he took a stress test. I am not saying that the test contributed to his death, but I am making the point that his death was sudden, given how well he had been doing health-wise. I miss him. He was a good friend with such a wonderful personality, and he was friendly to all whom he met. I wish he could read what I am writing because I want to thank him for having been my friend for years. I am happy we met and became friends because he put more joy in my life and in my heart. May we all take some time to acknowledge and thank our loved ones who have passed on to the spiritual world because they did, in some way, leave something good behind (in our hearts, our lives, in the hearts and lives of others, and/or fond memories).
